Does a ringcentral developer account has another number if one number is busy ?

Hi,

I'm using my ringcentral developer account to work on a ringcentral app, which by default calls using at the main business number. In order to avoid having to wait for the main company number to become available, I needed to know if the main number was growing busy and, if so, if I could obtain another number instead.
