Hi RingCentral MVP account admins,
The admin product team is introducing the ability to find settings and pages and search for help articles in the Admin Portal. With this beta feature, you'll be able to search the following items:
- Account settings
- Extension-level settings for users, call queues, and sites
- Help articles from the RingCentral support site
We'll continue to add to what you can search. We also want to collect your feedback, suggestions, and requests.
This feature will be available to you starting in mid-February. I'm posting this now because we want to include this post's link as part of the feedback bar in the search. That way, you'll be redirected here to share more thoughts.
Let me know if you have any suggestions for the current Admin Portal search experience. I'd also like your feedback on the new search experience after it's released.
