unable to submit support cases

I am not able to submit support cases online. How can this be enabled? I am able to log in though.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

the problem seems to have been solved. Thank you. I am able to submit tickets now.
