I would like to make a different automations in the CRM based on the incoming phone call.
For example if someone calling #a the it will write lead sours A
For example if someone calling #b the it will write lead sours B

Hello Ray! You can contact Zoho for how it works, but if a call comes in, the contact screen pop will show the details, and you can log call notes and tasks to the record.
