Global Option - Remove Call Waiting?

Is there an ability to disable call waiting global wide? I want to remove this options for our users as we have serious issues with duplicate calls coming through when in a queue (we use a CCaSS service, not Ring queues).

Really hoping this might be doable at the global level, but am not holding out too much hope.
