Viewing the time a user is logged in or out of Queues

Hello. Hard to complete my own research on this b/c I am finding quite a few dead ends (dead Salesforce URLs) in the RC Knowledge Base topics, very discouraging. Thanks RC!! :(

Does anyone know if it's possible to see the time (mins and secs) a user is logged into a Queue OR in the alternative not logged in? I think this is a feature of the Contact Center but we are not large enough to justify the cost of the Contact Center.

Thanks in advance! :)
