Courtesy notice from RingCentral Archiver - You Have Files Failed To Be Archived

I keep getting this message everyday.

"Courtesy notice from RingCentral Archiver - You Have Files Failed To Be Archived"

How do I prevent this from happening? It's been ongoing for about a month now. I've already reconnected my Drive. There's really no other settings I can see.

Seems like the Google Drive archiver tool is broken. How do I fix this?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Hi Michael! You may try to uninstall/reinstall your RingCentral app to make sure that it is up to date.

Hi @Michael Arndt. There is no reported known issue regarding this. I suggest that you submit a ticket to Tech Support so they can troubleshoot this with you.

This has nothing to do with the app.

This is the archiving feature of Ringcentral.
