I am trying to pull a call and see that the length shown is for 21 minutes but when I go to listen to the recording it only plays for a minute. The call went in between 2 different employees. How do I access the full 21 minutes?

Use the RC app or login your service web to double check if you can find and can listen to the recording.
To get better help, always give the background info as what exactly you do, what tools what app or API you use to access the call recording.
Hi @Phong Vu I am using the RC website and logged in as the admin. I can locate and listen to the call but it shows a total time of 21 minutes recorded but it only plays the initial 1 minute where one person answered the phone but does not play the remaining call since it was taken over by someone else.
Submit a support ticket here. Someone need to have a look at your account to check the recording.
