Can't send texts.

I can receive texts but can't send any.

I have two RingCentral accounts. I can send text messages to my cell(Verizon) from one account but not the other. Can you explain this?

I'm not sure what url @Becky-Community_Manager used but this RC status page states outbound are effected as of this writing: RC Service Status Dashboard (ringcentral.com)
