Outgoing Call issue on desk phone

I have a new account, and have manually provisioned mu Grandstream GRP2612w. I can receive incoming calls but can not make outgoing calls or calls to mobiles. Does anyone know what settings I should check that might be causing this? (and what should I put in the field to correct this)

Andrew, what error message do you hear when trying to call?

Hi Mary, I get the message "No Response"

Hi Andrew, I've checked your phones in the online portal and see that they are all online. Please submit a ticket to Tech Support so that someone can check the configuration.
