TCR Campaign Still Pending After 20 Days - No Response from Ringcentral

Ringcentral is still not providing an update on the status of our campaign. I e-mailed the TCR support team and have not received a response. Again, we are a healthcare company and rely on the SMS communication with our field staff. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

@Nicole Woessner We have the same visibility as you on the status.
I would say hold tight and if you're approved, you're good to go assigning your numbers.
If you're rejected, we'll be sure to assist with identifying the issue and assist you in resubmitting with updated information.

What is the timeline for approval? We were told 20 days from the time we submitted the paperwork. It is now over 20 days.
