I have a general voicemail box set up for our main company number. When I sign in and go to phone > voicemail, it only shows the voicemail associated with my number and not the main company number/general voicemail box. How do I access this?

Hi Kyle, your account shows that Shared Voicemail feature is not yet enabled in your account. Please submit a ticket to Tech Support to help you with the setup.
