Automatic Extension Switching During Business Hours


How could I go about splitting the incoming calls from a certain extension to automatically switch over to a new extension after a certain amount of hours. We have two call shifts during the day: 8:30-1, and 1-4:30. Two separate people, with two separate extensions that we have to manually switch each time. Is there a way to do this automatically? I looked at the "User Hours" under Settings, does this affect a single user, if so, if I set one user to one shifts hours, and another person to the second shift, will the extension automatically switch?

In the Call Handling is the Custom Rules. You can specifiy days/times, and then which extension to forward to.
