Our phone calls have been going in and out all day for about a week now. Can someone tell me why?

I get a message box every time our phones go down that says, "Error - Line Unregistered". When I click on details, I get a message that says my line is (not registered). This is happening to all 6 of our phone lines. Calls are dropping and we are losing customers.
