Deliver audio to a paging group via API

We have our overhead speaker system connected to a paging group which users can dial in to in order to speak on the overhead. Assuming we have an audio file, is there a way to use the RingCentral API to deliver that audio over the speaker system via that paging group?

I am not familiar with paging group. Is it a RingCentral service or product?
