We are in desperate need for our office manager to see who is active on a call, who is on do not disturb, who is out of the office, working from home, etc. Is there a way to have everyone listed on a HUD with their "presence" or is there another option through Ring Central? Or if not, can anyone recommend a third party option.

RSI offers an integration application that can be accessed from your browser or desktop app called Shadow Agent. It will allow you to have an advanced HUD that will show presence information in real time. Several other functions include a leaderboard, calls waiting in queue, queue presence, manager presence override, disposition codes and soon call recordings/AI insights options.
