General Question on SMS

Not an API coder, but I have been tasked with getting answer.

Client has 2 applications each currently using separate Twilio accounts for SMS appointment reminders.
Client would like to have both applications use Ring Central SMS from the main number.

Since you are not a coder and this community if for developers (coders). So my answer will be short. Yes, it is possible to implement an app to send and receive SMS messages from a RingCentral account main company number. The steps and exact APIs to implement such an app is unfortunately can be explained to a programmer.

Once you have a developer working on this project, ask him to explore the RingCentral SMS APIs and ask programming questions here.
