Hello ,
I was able to call to any us number through our Ringcentral number , but now I'm trying to call to Mexico number through US number , the operator saying that The destination number you dialed is disabled for your account...!
Is there any solution to figure out this issue...!
1 of 2 things causes this message.
- Admin Portal > Billing > Calling Rates > International calling slider is disabled or Mexico is disabled as a destination. Solution would be to enable international calling/ calls to Mexico
- the number you are calling is blacklisted, because RC blacklists a lot of numbers. Below is an article which explains this, and contains a whitelisting agreement as well as the way to submit it. If the first solution did not work, you would need to do this.
