I have the RC to SF integration all set up and it appears to work. I do have Softphone layouts made and assigned to profiles but get the error below. Any ideas?

I have the RC to SF integration all set up and it appears to work. I do have Softphone layouts made and assigned to profiles but get the error below. Any ideas?
Figured this out btw. The CTI URL needs to be https://YOURDOMAIN--rcsfl.vf.force.com/apex/OpenCTIIndex999. By default it is https://YOURDOMAIN--rcsfl.visualforce.com/apex/OpenCTIIndex999
