Looking for a way to see queue abandon calls in near real time

Use case: Significant portion of our incoming calls gets abandoned in the call queue(they hang up before it gets connected to an agent). I am looking for a way to see these abandoned callers (their phone numbers) in a near real-time way so that agents can call them back.
