Call queues: How can a user remove themselves from a specific call queue

Hello. I have a user that answers the general phone line for customers calling in. We have this set as a call queue group. They volunteered to be the first to answer every time. However, they want the ability to leave the call queue for a few hours to let other users answer the line instead, but while still maintaining the ability for coworkers to call them, so DND would not work in this case. Is there an easy way for the user to do this? Thanks!

Hi Ryan, this option is not possible since majority of admins don't want to have this capability to prevent users from avoiding calls.

The user can do the following. In the app, click on the profile picture. There should be a button "Accept queue calls".

This button is visible only for people who are members of at least 1 call queue. If the user is not a member of any call queue, that button is not visible.
