Calls counting received from the same number

To manage incoming calls, I would like to be able to manage the number of calls received from the same number repeatedly.

Is there a report view that shows the number of calls received from the same number currently?

If not, can you add this feature?

Are you a developer who looks for an API to read the call data or are you a user who asks for a user tool to download such call data?
