What API did you call and on what environment did you get the error? Have you tried again after that?

Yes, I've tried multiple times, same error. I called in prod to the analytics API using JWT

And your app worked before or it just the first time you call the API?

I am not aware of any outage. Can you submit a dev support ticket and provide the account id (or main company number) and the API body as well.
