Are there steps for changing a limited extension to a full extension

IS there a way to change a limited extension into a full extension on the Admin Portal, or does it require a call to RingCentral?

Yes the phone Number will be converted into a Digital Line and there will be a change in the price. you need to contact you're Ring Central Account Manager for that
