PDF on how to schedule a conference call for Dummies.

I need a PDF on how to schedule a conference call for Dummies. It's not for me, I know how to schedule a conference call with RC, but most of the people I work with do not and I honestly don't have the time to create a PDF for this. Thanks in advance.
