Is there a way to customize the automated emails like the Welcome email?

RC has automated email responses that we would like to add verbiage. For example we would like to add important contact info/on-boarding info on the Welcome email that could be specific to certain teams. Or when a user is added to a monitoring group, can we add verbiage on privacy specified by our Legal team. Is there a way to accomplish this?
