Can you clarify the situation a little more? Is the call an active call you are trying to pass to a phone number outside the RC system? Or are you trying to have calls to a certain extension automatically forwarded to a phone number outside the RC system?

Need to transfer all incoming phones calls to a cell number outside of RC system today between 5pm-6am tomorrow morning only
