Auto renewed without notice/can't reduce lines/no one answers or actually helps me!
I have a critical urgent issue. I was auto renewed without knowing, with 20+ plus lines that I don't need. I can't speak with anyone that can actually help me. Spencer, our account manager, doesn't answer emails, has been in and out sick. I can't reduce my lines, speak with anyone that can actually help me. I'm stuck in the most frustrating loop ever!!!!! I need someone to help me get this resolved asap.
