Hold Music

There is a list of available music on hold files within the web interface. I would like to be able to download all of them to create custom music and message on hold. Asking RC Support I was told that this was not possible.

Seems to prove otherwise. If anyone knows how to download the files, please tell me. I would appreciate it.

Hey Randy,

That particular thread is 3 years old. We do not offer the ability to download the list of default hold music we offer
