Andriod 10 _Mobile App issues

I just updated my Google pixel 3 to the latest Andriod 10, since then when an incoming call calls in through my mobile device, I dont have an option to see who is calling and I don't have the option to answer the call. Very frustrating. Please help?

Hey David, I would suggest contacting our Tech Support Team so they can troubleshoot what might be going on. You can give 'em a call at 888-898-4591, Option 3
