Hello, can someone advise me on the best way to handle a single number at a location where the employee currently on-call can use the account. If the small pool of on-call employees all had the soft-phone installed on their smartphone and then only logged into the shared account when they were on call, would that be the best (most viable) solution?

Apologies in advance if this is a silly/simple question - I've inherited admin RC service with no training.

Hey Paul, 

This is doable!  If they sign in to the same soft phone account on different computers, I would recommend they deauthorize the device at the end of their shift as the softphone can't really function properly being assigned to multiple devices.
