Not receiving Faxes today Yesterday worked fine. We are a new client.

Not receiving Faxes today Yesterday worked fine. We are a new client. The sender receives a message that our fax line is busy. How can this be? We aren't sending and only receive faxes from two contacts, today only one is active.

Check out this KB article about troubleshooting for not being able to receive faxes. Hopefully it helps. If not, please open a case with our Tech Support team so they can do some in depth troubleshooting with you!
