Is there any way to increase the simultaneus ring menbers in a call Queue?

No need for more that what is allowed.  Call queue's are designed to help manage call flow and deliver calls in a controlled fashion.  You should look at hot the flow is being handled.  I am sure some adjustments could be made to make things more efficient

Yes, we can request for that, we can max it up to 25 members each call queues.
