Not flexible with the monthly payment option either

I am using a monthly subscription and was asking to reduce the number of lines. I didn't use all the lines anymore since due to COVID-19 our business size reduced dramatically. They anyway told me that I can't do it until the next renewal contract date. Unfortunately, RingCentral the only company that doesn't care about customers' satisfaction.
