Lost calling line ID on forwarding

I had a Macintosh computer with the RingCentral app and when a call came in to my 800 service it rang on the app, then I could manually forward it to my landline phone if I was in the office. It used to display calling line ID on my phone, now with the PC app it just shows the company name and my phone number. Overall the Mac app was much nicer.


How can I get calling line ID info to forward?
