Calls are no longer logging an activity in the Salesforce instance. Unsure how to troubleshoot

Check the Navigation bar is on the top of RingCentral App. Press the forth icon (gear) and go to Settings.
2. Scroll down to the third section which title is "Logs"
3. check the first item "Auto-create Call Logs"
