Incoming caller ID should show up right after a call.

I'm writing this in behalf of my caller Amy, she would like to have this request implemented as soon as possible wherein the incoming caller ID number should appear on the logs right after a call. We did a replication on our end and base on our observation it took less then 30 seconds which I believe is normal, she was not happy about this and she would like us to fix this.

She would want the incoming caller ID number to pop up right away right after the call on the logs where in she would not spend time to wait as she is a busy person. I hope we can help her with her request, thanks.
