RingCentral Webinar Follow Up Email

We are finding that our "Follow Up" emails after a webinar are not sending. They are set up prior to the webinar and nothing sends "1 day after webinar". Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hey Jenn - I tried to make a ticket but the support ticket form just keeps loading and loading and never works. Google Chrome on Mac @Jenn-Community_Moderator
