RingCentral with Dynamics 365 USD

Does anyone know on how to implement Ring Central with Unified Service Desk? If yes, any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:
