How to configure email notifications?

I would like to do everything that is shown on https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Customize-Notification-Email-Sent-to-Users.html.

The problem is that when i go to More-Account Settings-Appearance, there is no tab that says Email notifications. So where do I go to edit the content in email notifications?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

I can see it in my account. You need to log into as admin:

More > Account Settings > Appearance :

Email Notifications :

And the next option to disable the email Users > User list > Users With Extensions

User Details > General, untick the Send an email when a phone is added checkbox
