I'm also having this issue with the ring central app icon on the taskbar. --Windows 10 Pro 19043, "RingCentral" app V.21.3.30.

Hi Alex, have you tried uninstalling your app?

I did an uninstall/reinstall, didn't seem to have any effect.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Try unpinning from taskbar and re-pinning.
