Feature Addition in Live report

Hi Team,

We need that under live report we can identify

1.Outbound calls and inbound calls

2.caller id or phone number for incoming calls

3.caller id or phone number for calls on wait

4.Live call time as well . Currently it does not show live call time.

5. DND feature where we can put agents on break from live report section.

6.Agents Login and logout feature under admin profile. Right now and admin cannot logout an agent.
