softphone integration

We are interested in integrating  ringcentral click to dial into our application, we managed to do the authorization and we tested the click to dial with the ring central softphone.
however we need to deliver more customized experience to our customer, so my question is how can we bridge with the softphone so everything happens from within our app and the softphone stays on the background "zoho like intergration"??
thank you

There was a webinar about one month ago called, "Add voice and messaging to web apps in 15 minutes with RingCentral Web Widget". I can't seem to find a recording of it though.  Maybe one of the community admins can find it?
