Change payment method

My company has cancelled all credit cards and I need to update my payment method. I've been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone to help me. I've done support tickets, online chat, voice messages and my boss has done the same. How in the heck can I get someone to help me?

Thank you, I've been told our account manager is Stephen Debien. I sent an email but no response.
