RingCentral Salesforce Integration - Automatically create and save tasks from calls

I have a client with the following asks but do not see the functionality within the setup for the RingCentral Salesforce Integration:

  • Automatically create and save tasks from inbound/outbound calls
    • I see the option to auto generate logs within the RingCentral widget, but no option to automatically save this to Salesforce
  • Automatically create task from missed call
  • Report on
    • How many calls were answered/unanswered
    • How many missed calls were returned

Are any of these features out of the box with this integration?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

As well as automatically create leads if no match is found in Salesforce.
