Fax API Unknown Errors

Our developer created a FAX API through RingCentral that allows us to auto fax invoices with attachments.  For some reason, we are getting multiple errors on the API.  The developer is no longer available and we need an IMMEDIATE fix.  Can someone assist please?

Could you please share some details like API request/response, log records or at least screenshot of the failed attempt?

Our team can assist with any issues with our API, but if your app is running into issues, having a developer on your side may be necessary.
