Introducing Texting Templates
We’ve brought in a requested feature from the desktop app into the native integration to allow users to use templates when composing and reply to SMS. This feature can be find in a new icon introduced on our texting page within the app - from there user can create new templates, edit old ones, and start using them in their conversations.
Easy HubSpot Record Access
We’ve now included an easy way for users to locate matched contacts and records. This will open the HubSpot object into a new tab so that users can have an easier time locating and updating information in HubSpot
Ability to select Audio during call
Users can now change their input and output audio device during a call. Previously, users had to select their audio experience before or after creating some issues with device connection.
