New in RingEX for HubSpot Version 25.3.30: A Smoother Experience for Admins and Agents

We're excited to announce the release of Version 25.3.30 of our native app! This update brings some powerful new features and key improvements designed to streamline your workflow and give you more control.

Introducing Default Settings for Admins

The highlight of this release is a new feature that lets admins set default settings for both the integration console and your in-browser telephony integration. This is a game-changer for maintaining consistency and efficiency across your team.

How does it work? Your agents' logging behavior will now automatically follow the default settings that admins configure in the Integration Console. This means less manual work for agents and more uniform data for your records. Of course, we understand that every call can be unique, so agents still have the flexibility to manually override a disposition when they need to. This new feature strikes the perfect balance between automation and user control, helping to ensure your team's logging practices are both consistent and flexible.

Additional Improvements

Beyond the main feature, we've also implemented several key improvements based on your feedback:

  • Auto-selection of objects for Click to dial calls: Based on your admin configurations, the app can now automatically select objects for your click to dial calls, saving agents valuable time. Less time can now be set inputing the related objects and other items.

  • Manual log saving: We've added the ability for users to manually save a log without linking it to a specific record. This gives you more flexibility in how you document your interactions, not every call needs to be linked to a specific HubSpot item now.

  • Refresh icon and tooltip: The auto-log settings now include a refresh icon with a helpful tooltip, so that the admin settings configured globally can take place easily.

  • API request improvements: We've made behind-the-scenes improvements to the API requests for SMS workflows, which will lead to better overall performance and hopefully lead to less errors!

We're confident that these updates will provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience for everyone. As always, we appreciate your continued feedback and look forward to hearing what you think!
