US Account: Our business hours are set as 9 - 5. However, I don't always leave the office right at 5. In addition to our calls being forwarded to our on-call number after 5 each day, is it possible for the after-hours calls to also ring simultaneously to all of our office extensions, so if someone is still in the office, they can pick up the after hours call as well?

Yes, it is possible. On the portal, there is an option to customize the call forwarding for after hours. Then you can setup a simultaneous ring for other extensions. You may check here for the setup.
