How could I change the allotted time to 15 minutes or higher for call park? I would like to make it indefinite if possible.

Hey Scott, I'm not sure if we're able to change how long a call can be parked for...I know Support is able to adjust the time for when you receive a reminder that there is a call parked. I would ask our Support team if what you're looking for is doable
